Some consumers may simply use our Click to Call Technology when searching on their mobile device, tablet or desktop computer. In addition, other consumers may see our television ads or hear our radio advertisements. All consumers are who are connected to you are actively searching for auto insurance quotes, and are connected to you via web, a live or an automated IVR process.
Unlike others in the industry, we only offer each call to one Agent, so you will be the exclusive purchaser of the call. This makes for an easier sell, as your customer will be hearing your offer for the very first time. We strive to give both you and your customer a positive experience throughout the buying process.
Yes, we allow you to control the number of calls you receive per day. You can also control the length of time between you calls to give you a chance to complete any paperwork between calls. We also have the ability to control how many concurrent calls you receive. If you have a small office, we will only send you one call at a time. If you have more agents available to take calls, we can send more than one call at a time.
